Policies

All policies have been thoughtfully put in place to give as much consideration as possible to all of our guests and stylists. Thank you for your understanding!

APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

  • All guests are REQUIRED to put down a nonrefundable deposit of $50 to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final balance at the time of check out or may be retained at the client’s request to prebook their following appointment.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICIES

  • 72 HOURS PRIOR

    Appointment reminders are sent out via email and text 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please TEXT our direct line at this time and we are happy to apply your existing deposit to the rescheduled appointment.

  • 48 HOURS PRIOR

    Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, will result in loss of the existing deposit and have to place a new $50 deposit to secure it.

  • 24 HOURS PRIOR/SAME DAY

    The original deposit may no longer be applied to the final balance at the time of check out. You will be charged 50% of the estimated service(s) total however, this charge can be applied to your next appointment when rescheduled within 2 weeks.

    *In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we do allow for grace. We understand that life happens and certain situations are simply out of your control however we ask for the same consideration as our income solely depends on our ability to book appointments.

    Each situation will be considered at that time, yet if “unforeseen circumstances” continue to be reoccurring we will address it on an individual basis. 

  • NO SHOWS

    When no attempt has been made to contact us to cancel or reschedule prior to the appointment time. No Shows will be charged 100% of the estimated service(s) cost scheduled before they are able to rebook any future appointments. Individuals with two or more recorded no shows unfortunately can not book with us again.

  • NO REFUNDS of services. We look forward to providing the highest quality in customer satisfaction. We want you to love your hair and your experience! We do our best to manage expectations as some desired looks will require multiple sessions to achieve maximum results. Should you feel your hair needs a minor adjustment in the cut or color please contact the salon within a week of the scheduled, received service.

ZERO LIABILITY

  • For all chemical/color services we provide gowns and capes to protect your clothing. It is our strong recommendation that you hang up your shirt or clothing items before putting on a color/chemical gown. These services require many steps of application and rinsing leaving the possibility of run off to occur even past multiple layers of protection. It is at your own discretion should you decide to wear the gown over your clothing, we will not be held liable for any potential stains or marks that may occur during your appointment.

SERVICE FEES

  • Effective February 2, 2023, a $5 service fee will be added at the time of checkout.
